About Four Kingdoms

Four Kingdoms is a new trilogy set in the distant future. Humanity has become an intergalactic species. They have explored distant galaxies, settled solar systems, and colonized planets. With the passage of time, humans have given up on the prospect of making contact with extra-human sapient lifeforms. Humanity appears to be alone in the vast Known Universe. Accordingly, humans have taken their destiny into their own hands.

Four Kingdoms: The Firmament – Synopsis

Four Kingdoms have emerged in the Known Universe. These four kingdoms have long been embroiled in an ongoing feud. An uneasy truce has ensued for the past decade, as these kingdoms have turned towards the expansion of their realms into the furthest reaches of the Known Universe. Unexpectedly, a small space vessel discovers what appears to be an ‘edge’ to the Known Universe, which comes to be referred to as the Firmament. Speculation arises over the nature of the Firmament and whether its discovery suggests that the universe is finite. One thing is certain: the discovery of the Firmament will attract the attention of the Four Kingdoms, and, perhaps, other unknown powers from beyond the Known Universe.
